Entheogenic Integration
Integration is often thought of as what happens after an experience has taken place. While this is true, the integration process can actually begin before the experience occurs. It is commonly said that a journey begins the moment you commit to the idea of doing it. We see this through synchronicity, anxiety, and our "stuff" coming to the surface hours, days, and even weeks before a session with a plant, animal, or fungal teacher begins. Entheogenic experiences can be incredibly powerful catalysts for transformation and healing.
At North Star Council, we can begin working together in preparation for an upcoming ceremony or experience. This can help you to get clear on intentions, develop the structure or format of the session, and learn to navigate the journey with confidence and clarity. Another common saying is that the journey is the easy part, no matter how challenging it may seem, the real work begins when we step back into our daily lives and try to apply what we have learned. It's all too common for people to allow these experiences to slip away unintegrated and become slowly forgotten like dreams. A Psycho-spiritual approach helps to bridge the gaps between our bodies, our minds, and our spirits. Depression, anxiety, spiritual crisis, rocky awakenings, the cultivation of spiritual gifts - all of these experiences have been pathologized and even unnecessarily medicated. We believe there is so much more to life, our bodies, and our spirits than meets the eye. One core belief that has inspired the North Star Council is that all challenge, difficulty, adversity, and hardships have a purpose. At the peak of suffering and in the depths of our despair, finding meaning in our pain can begin to transform it into a teaching, an opportunity, and even a healing. In the western world, so many of us lack elders, masters, and true guidance. This often results in people becoming lost, confused, and feeling hopeless. We all have an inner counselor, and an inner compass. Through psycho-spiritual coaching, we can begin to connect with our inner wisdom, unravel the knots of our existence, and use this rope to climb upwards, to make progress, and to grow as human and spiritual beings.

Rates
All offerings will be based on a sliding scale. Our priority is to serve people who need it most. If you feel moved or called to work with us but do not have the funds requested, please reach out. There are many ways we can exchange energy and if money is the only issue, we can usually find a way to make it work.
Coaching Sessions
Each coaching session is 1 hour long, and we begin each new coaching relationship with a free
30 minute consultation.
One session-$75
Three sessions-$200
Six sessions-$350

Space Holding
A space holding session includes anywhere from 1-3 preparation sessions before the ceremony depending on need, the in-person or virtual ceremony itself, as well as 1-3 integration sessions after the experience and full text/email support from Niko for one week post experience.
Day time: $800-$1,000 (includes one meal, and transportation to and from the airport or nearby location if necessary)
Overnight: $1,000-$1,300 (includes one meal, private sleeping space, and transportation if necessary)
Private groups: Do you have a small group of friends to journey with? Please reach out for details. pricing will depend on number of participants as well as location.
Microdose coaching
This includes 4x 1hr long virtual sessions with me, as well as text and email support for the entire duration of our coaching relationship. This also includes a microdosing guide in the form of a PDF, as well as a list of trusted and verified companies currently providing microdoses by mail. Each microdosing package will start with a separate consultation to discuss intentions and determine which substance might be most appropriate for those intentions.
